The YF-04000S-6 is an automatic 6-lane packaging machine developed for efficient and consistent production of individually packed alcohol prep pads.
The machine integrates multi-lane material feeding, precision cutting, forming and sealing into a streamlined horizontal packaging process. PLC and touchscreen controls provide intuitive operation and reliable production management.
With a production speed of up to 600–900 pcs per minute, the YF-04000S-6 delivers high-speed, stable production for individually packaged alcohol prep pads, making it suitable for manufacturers with high-volume production requirements.
